1. Competition entries must be submitted by 5pm on 9th December 2019. The winners will be chosen before 5pm on 13th December 2019 and contacted shortly thereafter as per paragraph 11 below.

2. Entrants must be from a UK primary school. Multiple submissions will be accepted from an individual school, however only one submission will be accepted per class. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and check their identity.

3. To enter, submit your class’ storyboard (it can be in the form of a document, photograph or scanned image), along with a completed entry form and movie plan to the ‘top secret’ file on the Barefoot website.

4. Submissions will only be entered into the competition if they are original, legal, decent and unlikely to cause offence to the general public. Submissions should not include a video or any further supporting information outside of that in paragraph 3.

5. Entrants may not enter more than once.

6. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, delayed, damaged, corrupted or mis-transmitted due to electronic errors, malfunctions or any other kind of technical error.

 7. We’ll select one winner from all valid and correct entries received, using an independent panel of judges with set marking criteria. The decision of the panel of judges (acting reasonably) will be final.

8. The Prize: 50 tickets (including pupils and accompanying adults of the winning class/school) for a VIP trip to Bletchley Park along with £500 towards travel costs. The award winning learning experience will be based at the Bletchley Park mansion, and includes a tour and agreed learning activities. Additional services/activities requested of Bletchley Park during the trip, hospitality, travel costs over £500 or any other expenses incurred as a result of attending the trip will be at the expense of the winning school. Packed lunches can be taken in to the venue.

A Code Cracking Cup trophy will also be presented to the winning school.

9. In the event that the winning school is more than a two hour drive from Bletchley Park (shown using postcodes on a travel app) the promoter will consider an alternative cash prize. This is at the discretion of the Promoter.

10. The VIP trip must be redeemed by 30 June 2020 and booked three months prior to redemption.

11. The winner will be contacted using the phone number provided on their entry form on Monday 16 December and Tuesday 17 December 2019. The Promoter will make three attempts to make contact with the winner and seek acceptance of the prize. If the Promoter cannot contact the winner an alternative winner will be selected from the eligible entries that were received before the closing date.

12. Once validated as the winner, the Promoter will, within 30 days provide the winner with contact details to arrange the trip with the Bletchley Park Learning Team.

13. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize. The prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services other than that stated in paragraph 8. Any attempt to sell, transfer or exchange any part of the prize will result in the prize being withdrawn by the Promoter and the prize will be declared null and void.

Code Cracking campaign - Workshop booking promotion

1. Computational Thinking workshops are available to all UK primary schools who have not had a workshop in the last 12 months.

2. When requesting a workshop, the entrant must use the promotional code 'CUP' in order to qualify for a chance to receive a limited-edition Code Cracking classroom bundle.

3. The classroom bundle contains: a top-secret folder, ID cards, A2 posters, bunting, Code Cracking pencils and stamp.

Code Cracking campaign – Social Media spot prizes

1. The prize draw is open to all UK primary teachers. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and check their identity.

2. You will be entered for a spot prize by taking part in activity on social media channels throughout the campaign between 16th September 2019 and 18th December 2019. For example, posting updates from your lessons, hints and tips for fellow teachers, engaging in quiz questions, tagging another teacher to the campaign.
