1. The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, who are teachers in primary school and who have not had a Computational Thinking workshop in the last 12 months. Only one entry per school. Entries sent in through agents or third parties will not be entered into the Prize Draw.

2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and check their identity.

3. To constitute a valid entry, participants must request a Computational Thinking workshop on the Barefoot website by completing a registration form between 9am on 2nd November and 11:59pm on 11th December 2020.

4. The Prize is a Clementoni 61595 Mind Designed Roboter. There will be one prize per winner.

5. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.

6. A randomiser (computer process) will be used each Monday starting on the 9th November, to draw the winning school from all valid entries received between the Monday and Sunday of the previous week throughout the Prize Draw period.

7. There will be one winner each week with a total of six winners throughout the Prize Draw period. The winners will be notified by email on the date of the weekly draw.

8. The prizes will be sent to winners within 45 days after the closing date.

9. No cash alternative will be offered and the Prize is non-transferable.

10. A list of prize winners (last name and county only) may be obtained by written request by sending an email to [email protected] on or before 14th January.

11. The Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the winner if they cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of time (to be established at the promoter’s sole discretion) and the right to disqualify any entrant or select alternative winner in the event that it believes that any entrant has contravened these Terms and Conditions.

12. Submitting an entry to this Prize Draw is deemed to be acceptance by the entrants of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this Prize Draw without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.

13. Your personal details will be retained for the purpose of the promotion and delivery if applicable, and will not be processed for any other purpose, unless you choose or have chosen to receive information from the Promoter.
